RENTAL DETAILS
3 hour minimum - $150 per hour
3 hour Outline:
30 minute prep time
2 hour shower/sprinkle
30 minute pack up/clean up
40 people maximum
Table/Chairs:
40 white folding chairs
4 60 inch tables (8 people per table - 32 people total)
One cushioned bench for decor or seating
Special chair for mommy to be​
Decor Included:
White table linens, gold chargers for table centerpieces, vases for flowers (flowers not included), votive candles & holders, boxwood/flower wall, chalk sign outside.
Glassware/Flatware/etc. Included:
3 tiered white stand, 3 tiered glass stand, cake stand, cake knife and serving tool, various glassware for food items, gold tongs for food, two punch bowls with ladles, bowls for ice to set drinks in, coffee urn, trash bags.
Add ons: balloon arch - $100
What you must provide - food, punch/drinks, flowers, plastic plates, napkins, plastic flatware, plastic cups, ice, any additional decor or activities you would like to bring. Please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
An attendant will be at our venue incase you need any help during your event. Everything that we provide will be prepared before your arrival and torn down after you leave. We just ask that you gather all trash and put at the front door!
